The next play starts with how you respond.

Every player trains their skills on the field. Intell Soccer adds another layer by supporting young players with the mental side of their game: focus, decision-making, composure, and how they respond as play unfolds. A player’s ability to manage their response during game moments can significantly shape their playing experience and continued development. We build on what’s already working while giving players tools for the moments that ask more of them.

Learn how to build on what already works and approach new challenges with greater awareness.

David Cascante

Founder & Mental Performance Soccer Coach

I’m David Cascante. I’ve coached young soccer players for more than 20 years, and I’ve seen how much goes on in a player’s mind while the game is moving around them. They’re reading the field, making decisions, responding to teammates, and figuring out what to do next.

I started Intell Soccer because I wanted to give that side of the game more attention. We work on focus, decision-making, and how players respond in real game situations. Sometimes that means building on what’s already going well. Other times it means learning how to adjust when a moment doesn’t go as planned.

To me, that’s part of developing as a soccer player, no matter where they are in their game.
